You will get a rare chance to witness passionate culinary creations when the Hosting Establishments’ chefs collaborate with visiting chefs to redefine boundaries of traditional and modern gourmet cuisine.
Sushi Ichi
Resembling a sanctuary of Zen for guests to partake of their meals, Sushi Ichi’s sister branch in Scotts Square is the closest one can get to a Michelin star awarded, fine-dining experience, direct from the shores of Japan.
Centered upon the pursuit of quality ingredients, warm hospitality and impeccable service, the 24-seater restaurant only serves seasonal ingredients, freshly imported from the famous Tsukiji market in Japan. It is also one of the rare sushi restaurants, which offer premium saké and shōchū as well as a selection of vintage wines. An in house sommelier is also at hand to recommend the perfect accompaniment to enhance Sushi Ichi’s meticulously crafted Kyoto Kaiseki Ryori menu items and exquisite sushi offerings.
In order to truly reflect the founder’s passion for the art of sushi, Sushi Ichi only offers an omakase style, dining experience, which features favourites like tuna and sea urchin. A four-course degustation menu starts at S$60 for lunch and S$450 for dinner. However, the jewel of this gastronomic heaven is Sushi Ichi’s degustation platter, which features a splendid eight-course experience.
