back to the island of Pulau Ubin itself, where

Nestled in the quaint and historic grounds of
               Chijmes, Renga-Ya is a one-of-its-kind culinary
gem that combines great food, warm hospitality,
and a lovely atmosphere to boot. We are serious
when it comes to meat and specialize in Japanese
BBQ and Flame-grilled steak. Besides beef and
Kagoshima Pork, we also have seafood which is
sourced directly from all over Japan, including
direct from Tsukiji prefecture. Yakiniku is always
expensive but Renga-ya imports their beef as
whole cows. Because of this, Renga-ya manages
to keep at an affordable price. Our beef is also
imported directly from farms or factories to
ensure traceability and culpability. Our signature
is Prime Beef from Oak Leaf Farm in Tokachi Pref, May Tan
Hokkaido. The cattles are crossbred of Wagyu
and Hokkaido’s Holstein (Dairy Cattle) and raised
               on natural Non-GMO (Non-Genetically Modified)
feed mixed with herbs & grains and the beef is
slow-aged for more than 40 days.
