Located within the iconic walls of CHIJMES
since 1996, Tatsu Sushi started as a traditional
sushi bar with the vision of bringing authentic
Japanese Dining to Singapore. Our restaurant
in Chijmes serves fresh sashimi and sushi along
with seasonal creations by our chefs. Our
display counters us the traditional method of
maintaining fresh fish; sashimi and oysters are PARTNER RESTAURANTS
preserved naturally over a bed of half-moon
ice, ensuring constant low temperatures. The
wide varieties of raw fish available are strictly
air-flown from Japan 4 times a week to ensure
the utmost freshness. As a testament of our
commitment to provide top quality dishes
to our patrons, even our fruits are imported
from Japan! We started Tatsu Teppanyaki at
CHIJMES as the only Japanese Teppanyaki with
a 24 seater long counter. Our Teppanyaki not
only serves the best delicacy and flambe dishes,
our chefs are trained in-house to provide the
best performances for our diners too.

The Modern Izakaya

The Modern Izakaya is a casual Japanese
dining destination styled after the Izakaya bars
of Tokyo, Japan. The restaurant boots a chill
atmosphere, offering a selection of sake, beer,
and Japanese cuisine. Operating from one of
Singapore’s most historic site, Chijmes, it is
encompassed in a special glasshouse bar and
has an area for alfresco dining under the stars.
