freshest seafood sourced directly from the
Aegean Sea and Mediterranean coasts.
With a Sea-to-Table philosophy, owner
Leong Khai Git and Executive Chef Ioannis
Stefanopoulos work closely with suppliers
to bring in the freshest catch weekly, for

Langoustines and Salt-Baked Fish.
Designed for sharing, every element of the
menu, from the bread to the sauces, is made
by hand using traditional methods or has
been meticulously sourced from the very
best artisanal producers.
