               BALAZS ENZSOL                               Chef Balazs Enzsol is a pastry chef who
                                                           originated from Hungary and moved to the
               BARCELONA | MASTERCHEF                      United  Kingdom  in  2004.  He  began  working
                                                           at multiple restaurants before becoming Head
                                                           Chef at The Meadows Restaurant in Stamford
               WGS Masterchef Dining Delights Featuring    in 2009. He has since shifted focus to sweeten
               Balazs Enzsol                               things in life in the dessert kitchen and is currently
               V Dining                                    based at Hoja Santa, a One-Michelin-starred
               24 April (Wednesday) – 27 April (Saturday)  restaurant by Chef Albert Adrià in Barcelona.

                                          RYAN CLIFT V DINING

                                         Born in Wiltshire, United Kingdom, Chef Ryan Clift’s culinary career
                                          began at the early age of 14. He started training under some of the
                                           world’s greatest chefs including Chef Marco-Pierre White, Chef
                                           Peter Gordon, and Chef Emmanuel Renaut. In 2008, Chef Clift
                                           arrived  in  Singapore  to  set  up  his  own  venture,  Tippling  Club.
                                           In 2011, he was the first Singapore-based presenter at the world
                                           - famous Madrid Fusión culinary congress; and his restaurant –
                                          Tippling Club bagged five awards at the World Gourmet Series –
                                         Awards of Excellence including the coveted Restaurant of the Year
                                        and Bar of the Year in 2013.  Chef Clift currently represents V-Zug as
                                      their global brand ambassador and the culinary director at V Dining.
