                                                           attained One-Chef-Hat when working at the
               AUSTRALIA | MASTERCHEF                      Royal George Hotel. Currently, Chef Wade is
                                                           the Executive Chef of Steak Ministry Bar and
                                                           Grill, where he’s also one of the owners and
               WGS Masterchef Dining Delights Featuring    founders  since  2014. With  a  passion  to serve
               Chris Wade                                  the best quality produce Australia has to offer,
               Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore    Chef Wade has travelled the world sharing
               24 April (Wednesday) – 27 April (Saturday)  his culinary  skills, and has gained  a group of
                                                           following for those who are fans of his steak.
               Meat-licious with Chris Wade                Chef Wade has travelled to over 21 countries in
               Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore    over 20 years to hone his culinary skills, working
               26 April (Friday)                           with chefs such as Chef Gordon Ramsey, Chef
                                                           Marco Pierre White, and Chef Curtis Stone.

                                           Chef Giorgio Maggioni grew up in Monza, Milan, and has amassed
                                           more than 6 years of experience with a degree in culinary and
                                           hospitality. The 34-year-old chef found his love for the culinary
                                           arts when he was studying in Italy, and rose from the ranks
                                           through sheer hard work and tenacity in notable restaurants at
                                          luxurious hotels. Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, Singapore,
                                         his techniques were fine-tuned at Armani Hotel and Address
                                        Boulevard Hotel in Dubai where he was part of the pre-opening team.
