Chef Zoisl brings you his specialties in the form of black pepper crusted yellow fin tuna, wagyu beef tenderloin and bailey’s brûlée.
Set in the newly refurbished National Museum of Singapore, NOVUS entices guests with its stylish spaces and innovative lighting. The space provides a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road at its doorstep.
