The highlight of the evening is the Archipelago Challenge. Some of the best chefs in Singapore battle it out to create sumptuous dishes using Archipelago beer. From Archipelago’s Travellers Wheat with its Asian touches to the smooth and creamy Archipelago Traders Brown Ale, the selection of delicious beers will put the chefs to the test in creating mouthwatering grilled dishes. And with the vote for the best dish going to the guests, the Archipelago Challenge is sure to brew up some cuisine destined to impress!
