Son to a professional chef, Chef Zoisl quickly found his passion in cooking which drove him to a three-year apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa Tirol in Innsbruck. He went on to work in one and two-Michelin-starred restaurants, fuelled by a dedication to perfect his craft. He now delights and satiates the discerning palates of NOVUS’ new and regular patrons and enjoyed a recent career highlight of preparing gastronomic creations for VVIP guests at the Formula One races held in Shanghai.
