Born in Aubervilliers and raised in Normandy, France, Arnaud Guerpillon was educated at the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi in Paris. Beginning his career in the three-Michelin-starred kitchens of the renowned Parisian restaurant Taillevent, he went on to other great esablishements including Le Buerehiesel in Strasbourg, La Maison de L’Aubrac in Paris and became chef de cuisine of Le Bistrot du Chef en Gare. In 2002, he relocated to Mexico and was offered a position as executive chef at Le Bouchon in Mexico City. He remained there until 2005 when he joined Le Cordon Bleu Mexico as a cuisine chef instructor and was promoted to executive chef in 2007.
