With his professional career taking him across China and South East Asia over the last 24 years, this Sichuan-born chef acquired his signature finesse for Sichuan cuisine. His skills have been recognised by numerous accolades, including China Cooking Competition (gold & silver medal), China National Technical Expert Award and World Golden Kitchen (gold medal). He is also somewhat of a television star, having appeared in cooking demonstrations in television shows in China, Singapore, Myanmar, Tokyo and Malaysia.
