Executive Chef Michael Leibl’s creativity was first inspired by his mother’s meticulous preparation of delectable dishes for the family. His 19 years of experience in several established restaurants and acclaimed hotels has allowed him to develop fine gastronomic knowledge and skills. With his first-hand understanding of the diversity of different cultures and tastes, he continues evolving his European style of cooking with Asian touches. The Garden focuses on ‘conscious dining’ and provides contemporary wholesome cuisine based on natural goodness and quality of fresh premium produce paired with organic and bio-dynamic ingredients.
