                                          Tien Court by Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore
                                            is best known for their Dim Sum, and à la carte
                                               dishes such as the Dried Scallop and Sea
                                                  Cucumber, Peking Duck, and Suckling
                                                   Pig. Tien Court is led by Chef Tai Kin
                                                    Seng,  who  has  a  distinguished  38-year
                                                     career and has been at Tien Court
                                                     since 1995. Starting as a Sous Chef, he
                                                     then rose  to become  Head Chef, and
                                                    then more recently Master Chef. The
                                                    Tien Court culinary team have honed
                                                  their skills at some of the best dining
                                                establishments Asia has to offer, making
                                             Tien Court a must visit for those looking for
                                          one of the best Cantonese cuisine in Singapore.
