The Wine & Gourmet Friends at Bukit Pasoh
Road was opened in September 2018
by a group of friends: host and wine
guru William Seah, Chef Wilson Ang, PARTNER RESTAURANTS
and Pastry Chef Gus Wang. All three
founders of The Wine & Gourmet Friends
work together to create and serve a
menu with a strong focus on retaining
the comfort and simplicity of the tapas
while elevating the flavours of the dishes.
Their large collection of wines, from 300
varieties from over 80 wineries, can be
easily paired with any of the tapas on the menu.
