Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House is situated at
the beautiful Quayside Isle of Sentosa Cove.
As the brand’s flagship restaurant, Blue
Lotus Chinese Eating House has one of
the most inventive modern Chinese
menus around town, like their reinvented
spin on iconic dishes like the Chilli
Crab. The restaurant, along with other
restaurants under the restaurant group,
is run by Owner and Managing Director
Ricky Ng, who plays an integral role to
bring a whole new dimension to Chinese
and local cuisine. Along with Chef Chai
Jih Nan, who helms the Blue Lotus’ culinary
team as their Executive Chef, Mr Ng strives
to bring Chinese cuisine to greater heights.
