                                                           personality, and a former judge on the Romanian

                                          MATTEO PONTI FORLINO


                                         Northern Italy-born Chef Matteo Ponti has a relentless pursuit
                                          in refining his mother’s recipes and sharing it with the rest of
                                           the world. This has taken Chef Ponti to different countries like
                                           Belarus, Malta, and France before coming to Singapore. His
                                           expertise in classic Italian cuisine led him to helm the kitchens of
                                           the best Italian restaurants in Singapore, and eventually Forlino.
                                          He believes that every dish should present a unique experience
                                         to his guests and evoke precious emotions, as he unites the
                                        finest culinary influences from various Italian regions, recreating
                                      his homeland’s greatest gastronomic finds from the land and sea.
