ADI HADEAN Romanian chef Adi Hadean is a TV and radio
personality, and a former judge on the Romanian
ROMANIA | MASTERCHEF edition of MasterChef cooking show series. He
has hosted many cooking shows such as Sare
și Piper as well as Rețete fără Secrete, but has
WGS Masterchef Dining Delights Featuring never lost touch with his roots. The Masterchef
Adi Hadean Romania star has long been a champion of
Forlino traditional Romanian cuisine through his
24 April (Wednesday) – 27 April (Saturday) popular food blog and numerous cookbooks. He
is committed to developing young talent, and
Romania Ambassador’s Chef Table is involved in several programmes that support
Forlino and encourage younger chefs into becoming
date stronger, passionate chefs of the future.

MATTEO PONTI FORLINO

Northern Italy-born Chef Matteo Ponti has a relentless pursuit
in refining his mother’s recipes and sharing it with the rest of
the world. This has taken Chef Ponti to different countries like
Belarus, Malta, and France before coming to Singapore. His
expertise in classic Italian cuisine led him to helm the kitchens of
the best Italian restaurants in Singapore, and eventually Forlino.
He believes that every dish should present a unique experience
to his guests and evoke precious emotions, as he unites the
finest culinary influences from various Italian regions, recreating
his homeland’s greatest gastronomic finds from the land and sea.
