                                                           With Tamarind Hill’s rustic-luxe décor, and
                                                           epicurean dishes, the award-winning restaurant is
                                                           an amalgamation of Asian and colonial influences,
                                                           perfectly mirroring the city’s storied past. The
                                                           culinary team is led by Executive Chef Wanthana
                                                           Nikonsaen from the Kalasin Province in Northern
                                                           Thailand. Originally trained in her home country,

                                                           work with a myriad of international fare including
                                                           Arabic, Japanese, Indian and European. Indulge
                                                           in over 100 Thai and Burmese creations prepared
                                                           from scratch by her team of Thai chefs, who have
                                                           each contributed heirloom recipes to create an
                                                           extensive repertoire of traditional and modern
                                                           dishes. Pick from a selection of house-infused
                                                           Gins, signature cocktails, and fine wines from
                                                           over 11 countries.

               The Ottomani

               The Ottomani is an intimate yet lively New
               Middle Eastern Supper Club delivering a
               genuine experience, in the sexiest space in
               Singapore.   Behind  our crew of Chefs, The
               Ottomani is a unique experience and a totally
               fresh take on a cuisine you thought you
               knew.  Bringing you back to a time and place
               where service & genuine touches were always
