Gabriele Ferron
Gabriele Ferron started to dedicate himself to the culinary arts when he was just a youth. While working in some restaurants in a Veronese province, he discovered his passion for regional Venetian cooking. It was then that he started to devote himself to the family business, promoting the Vialone Nano Veronese rice. Widely known as the World Rice ambassador, he has been invited by numerous countries to be featured on television as well as on their newspapers. From the 1990s, he started exporting his culinary art to the entire Europe, North America (USA and Canada), Asia (Cina, Japan, India, United Arab Emirates, Thailand and Indonesia), Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) and to North Africa (Tunisia and Egypt). | |
