Combining the finest of Italian dining and wine, while overlooking unrivaled views of the bay and beyond, guests can expect nothing less than a truly exceptional tasting experience, which may transport them back to Italy. Masterchef Gabriele Ferron, acclaimed as “World Ambassador of Rice”, teams up with Forlino’s Top Chef Kentaro Torii to prepare an exquisite 6-course dinner with signature dishes and special wine pairings from Paolo de Marchi’s winery - Isole e Olena.
