Dallas Cuddy
Hailing from Melbourne, Chef Dallas Cuddy is a talented chef with more than a few awards under his belt. In his new position as Head Chef of The Prime Society, Chef Cuddy brings a touch of elegance to both plate and place, shifting the restaurants gears from a down-to-earth steakhouse to an urban grill restaurant. Considering his background, this isn’t surprising. His culinary pedigree includes two years at The Point restaurant (2 Chef Hats The Age Good Food Guide) under the highly decorated British Chef Ian Curly and one Michelin star restaurant Nobu Park Lane. During his time working with former Chef of the Year Paul Wilson in Melbourne, Botanical was also awarded Restaurant of the Year and two Chef’s Hats. After his stint with Verge between 2004 to 2012, in between which Chef Cuddy was awarded the Young Chef of the Year by The Age Good Food Guide in 2007, he set his sights on the next phase of his culinary journey: to woo Asia with his refreshing and refined dish creations. | |
