Christopher Millar
Christopher Millar, the group executive chef of 1-Rochester Group directs Stellar located at 1-Altitude at the top of OUB Centre. When Chef Millar trained under celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson, in London, he began a seven year stint and was promoted to head chef of the fashionably iconic '190 Queensgate'. Chef Millar culinary journey eventually brought him back to Australia and then to Singapore, as executive chef for the Fig Leaf Restaurant at Fort Canning. | |
