OSO presents ‘2009 flavours’, a celebratory menu comprising five courses each crafted from an element of the earth, as well as an executive lunch.
Absinthe will also offer a week long celebratory menu with French treats such as a champagne sorbet and sauterne marinated terrine of foie gras with toasted sourdough and fig chutney.
