This World Gourmet Summit, Golden Peony will be holding an afternoon of dim sum and tea tasting. This includes a ‘live’ demonstration of two dim sum items by its two dim sum masters—Chef Yiu Kit Lam of Golden Peony in Conrad Centennial Singapore and Chef Pimpakun Sakchai of Liu in Conrad Bangkok. Following the demonstration, guests will be treated to six Thai and Golden Peony-inspired dim sums.
Golden Peony’s celebratory menu, ‘a dialogue of four shi fu (masters)’ is a culinary collaboration of Conrad Bangkok's Chef Wong Kam Yau and Chef Sakchai Pimpakun, and Conrad Centennial Singapore's Chef Chung Ho Shi and Chef Yiu Kit Lam. A six-course menu is specially crafted with a representation of both restaurants for every course. Each course depicts the harmonious pairing of a Golden Peony and a Siam–inspired signature dish.
