Ronnie Chia started his career at the tender age of 13 where he began his apprenticeship with a traditional Japanese chef. Now, with more than 28 years of experience in the F&B industry, Chia and his team continue to share a common vision of providing diners with high quality traditional Japanese cuisine.
Chia received the accolade of Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence in 2007 and 2008. He has exhibited a highly creative and intricate cuisine style in his work and his sushi rivals that of the best Japanese chefs.
