This contemporary Chinese restaurant is built on the philosophy of using top line international seasonal produce to create timeless dishes. Chef Yong Bing Ngen’s résumé boasts titles at the Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore and Raffles Hotel. His talents do not go astray at JING in creating the daily-changing seasonal menu offered to guests.
Signature dishes include ‘jump over to JING’, a four-hour double-boiled chicken stock with an array of treasures of the sea and a crispy duck served on a bed of greens. The wine list is carefully selected to complement JING’s menu with 400 award winning premium wines from around the globe.
