In November of 2007, Chef Erfort was named ‘Chef of the year 2008’ by the famous restaurant guide
Gault Millau. The preliminary highlight of his career came with receiving his third Michelin-star in 2007. In October 2008, Klaus Erfort was also ranked as one of the top chefs of 2009 and received five spoons, the highest decoration of the Aral Schlemmer Atlas.
