Clearly a rising star in the culinary field, Dan Hunter joined the kitchens of one of the world’s best restaurant, Mugaritz in Spain in 2005 and within a year was offered the role of head-chef. A year later, he brought home with him from Spain to Australia the delicate art of progressive cuisine. Hunter later took over the duties as executive chef at the Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld, Victoria and within months put it on the map for foodies across Australia. He now works closely with his dedicated garden to produce food that reflects his natural surroundings and the seasons
