Since joining Club Chinois in 1997, Chef Ken Ling became executive chef in 2003 and continues to turn out exquisite and creative cuisine. His list of glowing credentials and achievements includes the World Gourmet Summit’s Awards of Excellence for Ethnic Chef of the Year in 2002. He has also cooked for high profile figures such as Singapore President S R Nathan, President George Bush, action star Jackie Chan and actress Gong Li.
