It is with the benefit of having worked under numerous Michelin-starred-chefs in Paris that Chef Frédéric Colin heads up Les Saveurs at The St Regis – relative newcomer to Singapore’s hospitality scene. Born in Paris, Chef Colin apprenticed under two-Michelin-starred chefs Bernard Joinville and Jean-Marie Meulien, as well as chef de partie under the famous Christian Lesquer at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Restaurant Ledoyen. He also worked in French Polynesia to open the St Regis resort Bora Bora. As executive chef at Les Saveurs, he serves up traditional and modern French cooking, delighting diners with even the most discerning palates.
