Trained at the Dublin College of Catering, Brian Cleere started his craft at the award-winning Park Hotel Kenmare, an exclusive Relais and Châteaux in the southwest of Ireland. He has since refined his skills with experience at acclaimed restaurants such as the Hilton International Perth and Mietta’s. In 1994 he was awarded the prestigious Michelin-star for his exceptional performance in the gastronomic scene.
Cleere’s talents and experience from an array of different cultures provide him with a strong foundation as the executive chef of mezza9 where he serves up a range of luscious international cuisines.
