A food-lover since childhood, François Mermilliod started working as a chef at the young age of fourteen. His career has since taken him around the world, with experience in the UK, Singapore and Australia. A finalist in The World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2004’s Meat & Livestock Australia Rising Chef of the Year and the Christofle New Restaurant of the Year with the restaurant DUO, his talents have not gone unnoticed.
