With a panoramic view of the city’s skyscrapers from the 60th floor of the UOB plaza, Si Chuan Dou Hua offers a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience, offering fine Sichuan, Hunan and Cantonese dining.
The restaurant boasts a sophisticated and stylish interior décor concept that deliberately breaks away from the typical Chinese restaurant mould.
Lending a lift to the sophisticated dining ambience are column traditional porcelain teacups and hand-made plates, which have been painted in light pastel colours and recessed into the walls as modern day art installation pieces. The paintings are based on the theme of children and their youthful vigour – a befitting tribute to the art of fine dining as exemplified by Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurant.
Prepare yourself for the Tea Banquet by Zeng Feng. He will be pairing food with teas like Huang Ya, Long Jing and Jasmine. To complete the experience, there is also Chinese Wushu tea serving demonstration by tea masters from Sichuan and Chinese classisical music performances.
