Sentosa’s Executive Chef and culinary expert, Kenny Yeo, and his team will prepare 3 exquisite set menus from 20 – 26 April. Tailored menus for special occasions are available upon request. A master of fine cuisine, Yeo trained in 3-star Michelin Hotel, Le Centenaire, in France, and has whipped up delicacies in premium restaurants in Singapore.
