OSO Ristorante is best known for serving multi-
regional cuisine from across Italy with its signature
OSO hospitality, serving a cosy and contemporary
space similar to restaurants in Europe. Using only
authentic ingredients available in Singapore
and the freshest seasonal ingredients directly
sourced from Italy, OSO Ristorante is best
known for its classic and traditional Italian PARTNER RESTAURANTS
fare. This is the promise Chef Diego Chiarini
gives his diners, and he goes the extra mile
to hand-pick the freshest ingredients for OSO,
sourcing directly from Italy through his personal
contacts and associates located around the country.

Chef Zander Ng, also known as
Singapore’s first Masterchef winner,
cooks from the heart. He wowed
the judges of Masterchef Singapore
with his knowledge of Asian flavours
fused with Italian Cuisine, two
cultures close to him as he has both
Italian and Chinese heritage. His
collaboration with Chef Diego Chiarini
will be demonstrating Italian cuisine
with an Asian twist, and set to prove
what makes him a master chef.
