La Barca Ristorante & Wine Bar is run by Italian
born-and-raised Chef Giuseppe Di Gaetano,
and is known best for creating their
signature award-winning Fiorentina steak PARTNER RESTAURANTS
and pasta, as well as other beloved dishes.
Chef Di Gaetano’s first lesson in cooking
was by his mother’s side helping her in
the kitchen, and his next few lessons
were through his travels to various Italian
regions. His works with great Italian chefs
have supplemented his understanding of
Italian food, and his move to Singapore has
let him create Italian food that diners love.
