Le Bistrot Du Sommelier’s aim is to provide
their guests with a traditional French menu
with an original twist. Since 2008, they have
been showcasing traditional, hearty, tasty,
classic French food with only the best
seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is PARTNER RESTAURANTS
the place to gather for a warm, cosy
experience while eating hearty food
and drinking high quality wines. All
credit goes to an outstanding wine list
curated by the gastronomy team. Led
by Chef Brandon Foo and Mr Maximilien
Fedkiw, the team takes great pride in
preparing the food fresh daily using a
mixture of traditional and modern techniques.
