Stellar At 1-Altitude


Stellar at 1-Altitude is a restaurant that serves modern Europen cuisine, focusing on the artisanal methods of preparation. Stellar’s kitchen is a culinary workshop where the highest degree of attention is paid to sourcing the best seasonal produce and refining recipes, allowing ingredients to speak for themselves.

Stellar deconstructs the dining experience by encouraging tasting and sharing. Each section of the vast menu includes tasting portions, so diners can mix and match food items according to their preferences. The focal point is a multi-concept open kitchen where guests are presented with a dazzling display of variety not so much as to impress, as to satisfy appetites.

While other diners get either a fixed degustation or a a la carte menu but want to try more than one main course, Stellar at 1-Altitude’s Gastronomic Menu has up to 19 items for either a four, five or six-course tasting menu.
The mix and match menu also features a dessert experience, which offers diners a choice of sweets and “dessert art,” where the pastry chef comes to the table to prepare whichever sweet you fancy.
"This menu represents my personal evolution and passion for the culinary arts,” says Chef Chris Millar, “Each dish has a star ingredient and comes with a cast of flavours, textures and aromas to form its own unique story."
