Herdade da Malhadinha Nova Presents a Portuguese Experiential Wine Dinner with Joachim Koerper

Discover the wines of the boutique Portuguese estate Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, flown in from Portugal to be paired exclusively with a menu specially designed and prepared by Michelin-starred special guest chef, Joachim Koerper in collaboration with executive chef David Ansted of Brasserie Les Saveurs, The St. Regis Singapore. Born in Germany, Chef Joachim fell in love with the cuisine and ingredients of Southern Europe, and is today widely acclaimed as one of the most important masters of the Mediterranean cuisine.
