Using only the best ingredients from around the world, Tóng Lè's skillful chefs create the best of traditional Chinese dishes with flavours that engage the contemporary taste. Age-long Chinese recipes are reinterpreted by Tóng Lè’s creative team of chefs. The specially-recalibrated recipes revive many forgotten dishes and recreate them with Tóng Lè’s unique style.
