Chef Manjunath Mural’s passion for cooking grew when he took up hotel and restaurant management course in college. The first time he decided to become a chef is when he won the second place in a chef’s competition during his third year of college. Having helped his mom in the kitchen while growing up, his mom was his inspiration behind his achievements today. The first dish that Chef Mural cooked upon starting his career were kebabs, which are char-grilled Indian seafood or meat items cooked with a specific marinade in a tandoor. |
