Masterchef Fergus Henderson (currently one of United Kingdom’s most influential chefs), was born 1963. He is the founder of St. JOHN Restaurant & Bar which he opened with leading restaurateur Trevor Gulliver, and is often noted for his use of offal and other neglected cuts of meat as a consequence of his philosophy, ‘nose to tail eating’. St. JOHN has since won numerous awards and accolades, including, a place in Restaurant Magazine’s The World's 50 Best Restaurants and a Michelin-star in 2009. Most of Chef Henderson’s dishes are derived from the traditional British cuisine while featuring French wines.
