Over the course of his 16-year career, Chef Ryan Clift has worked with some of the world’s best chefs, including Marco-Pierre White, Peter Gordon, Emmanuel Renaut, Shannon Bennett and Raymond Capaldi. Chef Clift later moved to Australia where he excelled as the head chef of Vue de Monde, Australia's most acclaimed restaurant.

During his time with Vue de Monde, Chef Clift received numerous awards including The Age Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year, Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year, and The Age Good Food Guide Best French Restaurant. Awarded with three hats by The Age Good Food Guide, Vue de Monde was the only Australian restaurant included in the illustrious Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe. It was also just one of two Australian restaurants ranked among the world’s top 50 restaurants by the influential Restaurant Magazine.
