For that, The St Regis has turned to executive chef Frédéric Colin for his services. Chef Frédéric studied at the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière Jean Ferrandi in Paris and entered the finals of France’s apprentice of the year award. His first cooking assignment was during military service, where he was personal chef to the Military Governor of Paris. A steady climb ensued, giving him opportunities to work with celebrated chefs and filling his resume with many Michelin-starred restaurants.
