Award-winning Chef Damon Amos is so enthusiastic about his meats that he once worked on a cattle station in Queensland to learn all he could about rearing cattle and producing beef. Now he brings his knowledge and experience to the table. For The Prime Society’s feature activity, Chef Amos will delve into the debate of grass versus grain-fed beef, with guests being able to learn, see and taste the differences. He will also present a range of wines for tasting and discuss how these best pair with either type of beef.
The Prime Society will also be offering a week-long WGS celebratory menu by Chef Amos, including a continuation of the theme with a main course comprising both grain and grass-fed eye fillet.
