Atul Kochhar Live & Personal Culinary Workshop
As the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin-star, Atul Kochhar has a thing or two to teach. With a belief that cuisine should be borderless, this masterchef will share his passion in creating his home country’s cuisine with a personal twist. Participants will learn how make okra bhaji with chilli-garlic dip, three-spice crusted scallops with grapes and achari prawns with carrot-raisin salad.
