Tucked away in the serene greenery of Singapore’s Dempsey Hill area is Tippling Club, an exciting new restaurant that skilfully marries the best of modern cuisine and progressive cocktail craft. With two of the world’s most creative and passionate food personalities at the helm, Head Chef Ryan Clift and Executive Bartender Matthew Bax work closely together to push and redefine the drinking and dining experience.

Wylie Dufresne will be presenting an Epicurean Delights menu at Tippling Club from 27 April to 1 May 2009.

Tippling Club will also be offering a three-month Celebration Menu
from 1 April to 30 June 2009.
