Tuck into Chef Sovani’s flavourful lobster moilly, tandoori platter or lamb shank, crafted using authentic ingredients and spices from India and the world over. But be prepared to have a hard time deciding amongst the 300 international labels on the restaurant’s award-winning wine list!
