An interest in cooking from a young age led Chef Patrick Heuberger into the culinary world to work under two-Michelin-starred chef Gille Dupon at the age of fifteen. In the following 19 years, he refined his skills at numerous renowned and Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, Australia and Asia including Troigois (Three-Michelin-Star) in Roanne, LaRive (Two-Michelin-Star) in Holland, Le Neptune (Two-Michelin-Star) in Geneva as well as Le Souffle at Hotel Intercontinental in London. Executive chef of Au Petit Salut since 2005, Chef Heuberger serves up creative home-made dishes with premium imported seasonal produce.
