Discovering his love of food and cooking at an early age, Laurent Pillard worked at a number of highly regarded establishments through his early career, including three-Michelin-starred restaurant Hotel Restaurant Troigros. More recently, his claim to fame is as one of the masterminds behind Burger Bar - a build-your-own-burger restaurant in Las Vegas, hailed by some as the “best restaurant in Las Vegas”. Chef Pillard’s skill and talent, as well as his use of exotic ingredients and foreign flavours, have helped propel the restaurant to success.
