Arriving in Singapore in 2002, on a mission to globalise and showcase modern Indian cuisine, Sovani has established his restaurant with the countless prestigious awards earned.
A graduate from the Hotel Management and Catering Technology School in 1984, Sovani has worked in hotel chains across India. With 23 years of experience, Sovani leads the local gourmands through a rediscovery journey of regional Indian cuisines like Malvani and Lucknavi, and popularises Indian cuisine.
Among his many achievements, Sovani has written his own books, starred in cook shows, cooked for the president and prime minister as well as other visiting dignitaries and is constantly soaring into new heights.
